(1) Impurity removal and screening: remove stone impurities in medicinal materials and screen out moldy and damaged medicinal materials
(2) Washing and drying: The medicinal materials after the impurity removal and screening are fully washed and dried for 20-30min.
(3) Spreading the medicinal materials: spread the medicinal materials evenly on the drying board through the spreading device.
(4) Dehumidification and drying: place the drying board on the conveyor belt of the drying room and dry it with an ultraviolet lamp:
(5) Blow drying: start the conveyor belt and transfer the medicinal materials to the electric heating and blower for drying
(6) Collection and packaging: take out the dried medicinal materials from the conveyor belt for packaging
